What is EUDR
The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR for short) has been mandatory in phases since the end of 2024 for anyone placing wood or wood products on the EU market. That applies to forestry companies, sawmills, pallet producers and importers. The law requires due diligence per shipment: you must prove where the wood comes from, record a geo-location of origin, and demonstrate upstream traceability.
Most existing software handles this poorly. Either it is a module on top of an ERP that was not built for the shop floor, too cumbersome for the employee standing outside with a tablet. Or it is a non-European solution where your data leaves the EU, while the law asks for transparency and accountability within a European framework. We built EUDR software that works on the shop floor, runs in Europe, and asks no bigger investment than the task requires.
Our EUDR software in 60 seconds
Our EUDR software consists of a web app for the office and a mobile app for the shop floor. The mobile app works offline, essential when you are standing in a forest where 4G is spotty. Data syncs as soon as internet is available again.
Per stack you record a geo-location. Per shipment you create a due-diligence statement. Per transaction an audit trail is kept automatically. Trace numbers are generated at the moment of registration and are directly exportable as CSV, ready for customs filings or internal audits.
The software optionally connects to our other forestry software: Bosbouw Digitaal. That means a stack you register in Bosbouw Digitaal is automatically available as an EUDR trace as soon as the shipment leaves.
What it does
- Generate trace numbers automatically per stack or shipment
- CSV export ready for customs filings and internal audits
- Offline registration on the shop floor; sync as soon as internet is available again
- Record geo-location per stack and link it to the due-diligence statement
- Create and store due-diligence statements per shipment
- Audit trail per shipment: who registered what and when
- Simple roles: operator, manager, accountant. No complicated permission structure.
What it deliberately does not do
We do not build ERP. No order processing, no invoicing, no inventory valuation. If that is what you need, good systems exist for it. We will help you choose if you want, but we are not that system.
We also do not connect automatically to every existing system without first checking whether the integration makes sense. Building an integration just to have one produces clutter. We look first at what your work process actually requires.
We do not promise 100% compliance. EUDR legislation changes and tightens as the enforcement practice becomes clearer. We keep the software up to date and process changes at no extra cost. But ultimately you are responsible for your own due diligence. We deliver the tool; you use it.
Price
€25 per user per month.
Cancel monthly. No minimum term, no lock-in. No setup fee for standard use. You are operational within a day.
Custom extensions are possible: specific integrations with existing systems, custom fields for sector-specific registrations, or extra reports for your own quality system. For custom work we always quote a fixed price up front. No time-and-materials surprises afterwards.
Who it is for
Our EUDR software fits:
- Forestry companies from roughly 5 employees that actively place wood on the market
- Sawmills that need to prove where their raw materials come from
- Pallet and packaging producers with import or production traceability
The software works from 1 user as a test setup. You do not need to onboard your full team straight away.
Not suitable for: anyone doing 1 or 2 transactions per year. For incidental use, an Excel template with the official EUDR fields is enough. We say so up front because we do not want to sell software that does not help. If a template is enough, we say that.
How to get started
The process is simple and asks little from your side:
- Request a demo via contact: free, around 30 minutes. We show the app using a scenario that fits your product flow.
- Short intake: what is your product flow, how many users, which integrations do you want? Usually 30 minutes.
- Account creation within 24 hours after approval. No long lead times.
- Introduction to the app: 1 to 2 hours, on site or remote. We walk through the first registrations together.
- Guidance in the first week: questions answered within one working day.
Frequently asked questions
What if the EUDR law changes? We actively follow EU guidelines and update the software as soon as changes take effect. There is no extra cost for compliance updates. That is included in the monthly fee.
Does this also work for pallet import? Yes. The software fits both import and production. In both cases you record the same information: origin, geo-location, shipment details.
Can I export my data if I want to stop? Always. CSV export per shipment or in bulk, at any moment. Your data is your data.
“EUDR is mandatory. We make that obligation as light as possible. No more software than needed.”
