Privacy statement
No cookies. No tracking. Your behaviour is none of our business.
What we do collect
We only collect what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company name, email address, subject and message. Nothing more.
We do not ask for a phone number unless you provide it yourself. No job title, no opt-in checkboxes for marketing. If you decide to call or email directly, we obviously keep the email thread or a short call note so we can follow up properly. But that only happens based on what you initiate.
What we don't collect
We do not place tracking cookies. We do not build analytics profiles on individual visitors. We do not run scroll tracking, heatmaps or behavioural data.
For page statistics we use Plausible, self-hosted in the EU, cookieless. Plausible only sees aggregated counts: how many visitors a page had, and from which country. Not who you are, not what you clicked on, not how long you stayed somewhere.
There is no integration with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics or comparable trackers. They are not in the site, and we do not plan to add them.
Retention periods
- • Contact form data: up to 12 months. If no client relationship has emerged in that time, we delete the data.
- • Client correspondence: for the duration of the client relationship, plus the 7-year statutory retention period for invoices and related records.
- • Site analytics: 90 days aggregated, anonymised afterwards. There is no personal data in the Plausible data to begin with.
Who has access to your data
Right now, only Sven Brantjes has access to the data you share through the form or by email. As Svare grows into a team, new colleagues will only get access to what they need for their work, not to everything.
External parties only get access through the processors we list below, and only for the specific purpose for which they are engaged. We do not sell data. Not in raw form, not aggregated, not anonymised. There are no data deals with third parties, and we do not plan to ever sign one.
Processors
These are the external parties that may process personal data on our behalf:
-
Resend (EU region)
For sending emails from the contact form. Data stays in the EU. Resend only processes the data needed to deliver the email.
-
Hetzner Cloud (Germany)
For hosting this website and related applications. Hetzner is based in Germany and falls fully under the GDPR.
-
Proton Mail (Switzerland)
For our incoming mail inbox info@svaredigital.com. Switzerland has its own privacy regime, which the EU recognises as adequate.
-
Plausible (self-hosted on Hetzner, EU)
For cookieless, aggregated website analytics. No personal data is processed. Plausible does not log IP addresses and does not set cookies.
Your rights under the GDPR
As an EU resident you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- • Access. You can request to see what data we hold about you and what we do with it.
- • Rectification. Have incorrect or outdated data corrected.
- • Erasure. Have your data deleted, except where we have a statutory retention obligation (such as tax records).
- • Data portability. Request your data in a common, machine-readable format.
- • Objection. Object to specific processing activities if you believe we use your data unjustly.
To submit a request, send an email to info@svaredigital.com. No separate form needed. A simple email works. We respond within 30 days.

If we update this privacy statement, we note the date of the latest change at the bottom of this page. For material changes, changes that affect how we handle your data, we email existing clients.
