The company story
Svare Digital was founded in 2025 with one concrete conviction: software should work on the warehouse floor, not just in the boardroom. Too many systems are built for managers who want to read reports, while the people who use them every day end up working around them in Excel and WhatsApp groups.
The company operates across three expertise areas: WMS consultancy for 3PL warehouses, forestry software for forestry and wood-processing businesses, and custom inventory solutions for SMEs that fall between the standard packages. Those three sound different, and in terms of domain they are. But the approach is the same in all three: first understand what really goes wrong, then build the least software that solves the problem, and make sure it is actually used the day after delivery.
Those areas reinforce each other. Insights from warehouse implementations land in the forestry software. Lessons from forestry projects improve the approach to custom builds for SMEs. It is not a random combination. It is a deliberate choice not to dilute hands-on experience down to a single niche.
The founder
Sven Brantjes grew up in forestry. Not as an outsider who stepped in later, but as someone for whom tracking stems, parcels and certifications was simply daily life. That gave him a basic understanding of how the sector works, and how little the existing software accounts for it.
His first software project was in forestry itself. That work later grew into the base for Bosbouw Digitaal. From there he joined a 3PL software company as an in-house consultant. That is where he saw from the inside what goes wrong in WMS implementations: systems that do not understand the domain, consultants who have never driven a forklift, and reports that reach someone only months later. At Svare he combines those two worlds. Not as a niche consultant who knows one thing, but as a company that takes both seriously.
Bosbouw Digitaal is the productised base for the forestry side of Svare: a platform for EUDR compliance and forest management built from that sector knowledge. Custom software builds for SMEs are the second pillar. In 2026 Svare grows into a small team.
Our offices
Svare Digital operates from two European offices. The Netherlands is the base for client work and Dutch projects. Estonia provides a solid EU legal framework for product development and international operations.

Our philosophy
Practical over theoretical.
What works on the warehouse floor beats what looks good in a report. A solution that operators actually use is worth more than a perfect architecture that nobody understands.
Clear and honest.
About scope, money, and when something is not needed. Svare does not sell software when the problem can also be solved without it. That sounds obvious. In practice it is not.
The same language for forklift and boardroom.
We talk with operators and with managers, and we make sure they see the same picture. Implementations rarely fail because of technology. They fail because of miscommunication.
Simplicity as the default.
Complexity only when it is really needed. We start with the least software that solves the problem. From there we expand based on what practice asks for, not on what looks good in a demo.
What we don't do
- • We don't sell software that doesn't help. If a client solves the problem better without software, we say so.
- • We don't do nine-month projects without clear check-in points. Every project has fixed moments where you can adjust.
- • We don't hide our prices. €110/hour for consultancy, €25/user/month for EUDR, €25,000 + €300/month for Bosbouw Digitaal, custom on request.
